At Hafezis, we explore all avenues available to our clients with an aim to resolve their disputes. Lord Woolf’s ‘Access to Justice’ report identified the need for a fair, speedy and proportionate resolution of disputes. These very same principles are at the heart of the Civil Procedure Rules that we adhere to.
