OUR FEES

We provide a range of flexible and competitive methods of funding including:

STANDARD BASIS:
This is the traditional method of hiring solicitors. Like most other professional service providers we charge our time on an hourly basis.  The hourly rate will vary depending upon the seniority of the fee earner.  As with all law firms in the UK we charge for letters, telephone calls and all the time we spend on the file on an hourly basis.  We have a computerised time recording system and all time, letters and telephone calls will be logged on the file.

In all instructions we provide a six monthly breakdown of our time and in complex litigation would do so even on a monthly basis.

CONTINGENCY FEES:
In certain areas of dispute resolution the Solicitors Regulation Authority allow a solicitor to enter into a Contingency Agreement.  This Agreement is dependent upon the success of the claim and on success we would take a percentage of the damages recovered.

CONDITIONAL FEE AGREEMENT (NO WIN-NO FEE)
We have extensive experience of acting under the Conditional Fee Agreement (commonly known as “no-win-no-fee”).  In any type of litigation we shall consider a no-win-no-fee agreement coupled with appropriate insurance cover.

FIXED FEES:
We will consider fixed fees and for each instruction and will consider an annual retainer for regular and volume instructions. 

For regular and volume work we are flexible and would entertain any of the above arrangements.
